How do I download the app?

To get the app, visit the App Store or Google Play Store and search for onWater Fish. You can also tell your phone's voice assistant to download the onWater Fish app for you.

How can I create an account?

You can sign up right from our website by tapping any 'Sign Up' button, or by downloading our app. All you need is an email address and a password to get started exploring your water.

How do I find guidebook information on places to fish?

Learn more about any river or lake by tapping on them in the Explore tab or by using search to snap the map to them within the app. Scout out fishing access points, boat ramps, and private/public property boundaries using the toggles in the layers menu.

How do I get help or request features?

Reach out to our support team through the 'Support' section in settings menu of the app, or contact us here on this site.

What does onWater do with my Data?

onWater strives to protect your personal information and journal data at all costs. For more information, view our privacy policy and terms and conditions.

How do I change my account information?

You can edit your account information at any time by heading to the Account page after you log in on the mobile app or web site.

How do I give a gift subscription?

You can purchase gift cards for yearly subscriptions by heading to our Gift page. After purchasing, you will receive an email confirming the purchase and your fishing buddy will receive an email detailing the steps required to begin the subscription.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Don't worry, it happens. Tap on 'login' and then tap on 'forgot password'. If you were unable to reset your password through your email, contact customer support and we will help you get back on the water.
